Josh Allen threw for 223 yards and two touchdowns Thursday Night to defeat the New England Patriots on the road.
The Bills coming into this game were looking for their first divisional win of the season. The Bills completed 355 yards of offense led by Stefon Diggs who has 7 receptions for 92 yards. Including the playoffs, this is Buffalo's third straight win over the Patriots.
Without Von Miller, who suffered and injury on Thanksgiving against the Detriot Lions the defense for the bills was in question. However the Bills only gave up one touchdown in the first quarter and only allowed three points for the rest of the game.
For the Patriots they fall to 6-6 on the year and last in the division. The AFC East has been surprisingly outstanding this season and with the Patriots continued struggles on offense without a proper Offensive Coordinator they haven't been able to keep up with the top teams of the division.
The Patriots were just 3/12 on third downs in this game and Mac Jones finished with 195 yards and a touchdown. The Patriots only managed 60 yards of offense on the ground compared to Buffalo as a team rushing for 132 yards during the game.
The Bills improve to 9-3 and are now on a three game win streak while also holding the top spot in the division over the Miami Dolphins who are 8-3 and face the 49ers this weekend. The Bills will play next on December 11th against the New York Jets. The Patriots will play next on Monday Night Football on December 12th against the Arizona Cardinals
